I consider Arcane Flux to be the signature ability of Arcane in the rare category. There are many towers that target enemies without dealing damage, or dealing insufficient damage to meaningfully carry, and this support turns it on its head. Being able to turn a 2 second cooldown into 1200-1800 damage is great.
It is a little ironic that it doesn't have an ability that targets creeps to deal it's own damage though. Conventional thought would dictate it could benefit from its own passive.
