Restless Monstrosity has been updated to v2!

Author's reason for this update:

- Replaced tower description with basic flavor text
- Increased attack range from 800 to 900
- Increased max mana from 60 to 70
- Reduced mana reg from 2.00 to 1.00
- Slightly shortened ability tooltip
- Reduced ability mana cost from 45 to 35
- Reduced ability cooldown from 5 seconds to 3
