Tesla Coil has been updated to v2!

Author's reason for this update:

Renamed abilities and reworked tooltips.
Chain effect now starts with greater loss per chain but now scales with level.
Red Alert base duration reduced but now scales with level.
Increased cooldown of Red Alert.
Recalculated abil factor.
