Tower's damage output feels good, but doesn't really have AoE. The autocast gets wasted 99% of the time and delays attacks.

Reworded Arcane Charge.
Arcane Charge cost no longer decreases with level.
Increased damage bonus per charge.
Doubled Mark of the Magi damage.
Reduced cooldown of Mark of the Magi.
Reduced attack speed.
Reduced chance, duration and mana regeneration of Evocation.
