Silence variant of Stasis Trap. Also raised duration as silence is generally less impactful than stun is.

Resonant Foghorn has been updated to v2!

Author's reason for this update:

Reworked item: it's now another variant of Blaster Staff, but with stun.
Also increased gold cost, and changed name and flavour text.
