Spell Echo no longer triggers off casts with a cooldown below 2 seconds.
Spell Echo no longer triggers off item casts.
Spell Echo range increased to 450.
Fixed typo in Time Warp tooltip.
Reduced tower range to 900.
Increased tower attack cooldown to 2 seconds.
Changed tower damage type to Energy.
Reduced Time Warp chance to boost by 10%.
Reduced Time Warp range to 900 for enemies, 450 for friendly towers.
Reduced Time Warp effect by 1% base, 0.5% per boost.
Halved Time Warp duration per level.
