I wanted to make a note on this tower that it's uniqueness has depreciated. There was always the Frozen Wyrm to compete with, but that tower has a chance to slow rather than it being guaranteed, so there was always a place for the Frozen Well to big THE big splash slow tower. But with the inclusion of Spirit of Winter and Hydra, it has become a less singularly unique feature of the tower. The buff duration it provides is the biggest in the game (I believe) which is a very unique factor that cannot be overlooked, so for the time being it still maintains relevance, and it is easy to note that the likelihood of getting any two unique towers even within the same element isn't high.
However I want to use this tower as a caution away from approving any more unique ice towers with a large splash attack that slows.
