Added max mana and mana regen.
It is an integral part of Arcane for all towers to have mana, even if they don't use it.

Do the buffs stack? With themselves or each other.
I don't think every Arcane tower needs mana dude
But otherwise this is a great tower, especially if a tower can get the two items buffs simultaneously. Then it's a very cool idea.

Each tower affected can only trigger one out of three effects per attack. The second and third buffs only refresh themselves if triggered multiple times, but they stack if triggered alternately.
